If you’re following me on Twitter or on Instagram, I think you’ve might noticed me tweeting about me on a black sleeveless and endlessly thanking some brands who supported bloggers like me.
I haven’t actually announced it here, but last year I was one of the bloggers who helped in starting this new blogging group here in Cebu. Our aim is not to only help connect new, old, and professional bloggers to other brands but also help them grow and be among the top bloggers here in the Philippines.
With that, we’ve been trying to increase our event invites, have them networked not only with brands but also with their fellow bloggers, and also create workshops that will help them out in their blogging career – and yes this is all for FREE.
Just few months ago, as one of the bloggers who helped in growing this community that started with few bloggers from Cebu they’ve assigned me as the Partnership Lead. Wherein I’ll be dealing with representatives from companies who would like to invite bloggers from the community or brands that would love to partner and support the local bloggers of Cebu.
The 1st Year Anniversary Black Party
Yes, we all wear black for our anniversary party that was a blast! Everyone was happy, participated, had a lot of laugh, and all.It was not easy for us the Cebu Blogging Community Leads to make this event possible. It was all our first time to do this all by ourselves, with blogging, being a lead and our work it’s kind of hard to balance it - yes, I've been juggling being a blogger, a lead, and a SEO specialist. But I’m really happy that we have the following brands to support us, brands that was right there right away when we announced about our party and when bloggers referred them to us.
